BAE Systems is seeking an Engineering Manager to support our work as a prime contractor on a high-profile U.S. Navy weapon system. The ideal candidate will be someone who can lead a team of 5-7 engineers toward meeting a set of objectives, demonstrate the behaviors to effectively communicate, coordinate, collaborate, and work in a visible and proactive manner across organizational boundaries to deliver positive results. This role is fit for someone who can be a highly engaging, team-oriented, problem solving, and self-starting individual able to respond rapidly to a dynamic programmatic environment.
This position is responsible for providing leadership within a systems engineering team that specifically focuses on overseeing the implementation and application of Digital Engineering (DE) methodologies throughout the design and development lifecycle of complex systems, utilizing digital models to manage system requirements, design, analysis, verification, ...
