Digital Platform SAP Basis Sr Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a senior SAP Basis professional to act as the internal technical authority and service governance lead for a large, complex SAP landscape operating in a hybrid model (On-Premise, Hyperscaler Cloud, and RISE with SAP). This role is accountable for coordinating the external AMS partner, governing SLAs and KPIs, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining end-to-end service performance across multiple hosting models and service providers. The ideal candidate combines deep SAP technical expertise with strong vendor governance, cloud operational knowledge, and executive-level communication skills.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Day-to-day management of AMS partner (40+ people in the team) to support SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BW on Hana, SLT, BODS, MDG, CFIN and PaPM, amongst other SAP products, hosted on-premises, hyperscaler and on RISE with SAP.
