Overview

The TikTok Sales Operations Lead is responsible for building and operating SH Group’s TikTok sales and platform operations by managing TikTok Shop activities, live selling operations, affiliate coordination, campaign execution, and sales performance optimization. This role is expected to help transform TikTok into a sustainable customer acquisition and revenue-generating channel through strong operational execution, team coordination, and platform growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

TikTok Platform Operations

  • Manage daily TikTok Shop and platform operations
  • Oversee TikTok Live schedules, campaigns, and sales activities
  • Coordinate with operations, fulfillment, and marketing teams

Sales and Growth

  • Help drive sales and customer acquisition through TikTok
  • Monitor sales performance and improve conversion
  • Identify products with strong selling potential
