Job Description

This is the first dedicated on‑site digital support role at St Mary's Hospice, and it has been created because we recognise that excellent care depends on reliable, accessible technology. We are in the early stages of delivering a digital strategy that will see us migrate to Microsoft 365 by November 2026, strengthen our cyber security posture, improve clinical system reliability, and reduce the day‑to‑day friction that takes time away from caring. We work alongside an external Managed Service Provider (MSP) for core infrastructure and have access to specialist digital strategy guidance, but what we are missing is someone here on the ground, part of the team who can be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for all things digital. This is a growth role.
