Job Description
We are looking for the person who will co-build and operationally lead the Europe Hub of Thingular Creative Partners, an international branding and packaging boutique specializing in premium brands across beverages, food, and adjacent sectors.
This is a senior role with a formal path towards partnership. You join as Design Director and, from month 6, after a period of mutual fit, a partner track activates with a deferred equity package and a review at 18-24 months for evolution to full Partner of the hub.
This is not a Senior Designer role with an” inflated” title. Lead 4 to 6 premium European accounts end-to-end: brand strategy, design direction, presentation, and direct client relationship.
Be the visible face of Thingular in Europe before CMOs, general managers, and brand owners when the direction is not present.
Integrate generative AI as a real productivity layer in the project workflow.
