Director, Corporate Quality

Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. is currently seeking a full-time permanent Director, Corporate Quality . This position will provide effective leadership, strategy and organizational communication for all Stream-Flo Group of Companies (SFG) relative to Quality Management and Quality Control.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee the development of strategic quality objectives and business management process requirements.
• Build a cohesive and effective quality team – identify priorities and accountabilities, monitor performance, and coach and direct as required to meet objectives.
• Oversee, monitor and address key performance indicators.
• Establish and maintain a competitive advantage with respect to meeting or exceeding customer and/or market expectations relative to the corporate Quality Management System (QMS).
