Director, Material Flow & Continuous Improvement

As the Material Flow & Continuous Improvement (MF&CI) Leader at Tuas API, you will partner with Site Leadership, site functions, product teams, and external stakeholders to implement production plans, budgets, and continuous improvement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Site Leadership Team and functions to deliver a world class manufacturing operation.
• Lead, support, coach, and develop the MF&CI Team to achieve supply commitments and performance metrics.
• Advance the PGS Transformation strategies including Integrated Manufacturing Excellence (IMEx), manufacturing technology, digital innovation.
• Develop and govern the site Continuous Improvement plan with GSMO Netfix lead, prioritise and close projects on time.
• Maintain rolling 12‑week end‑to‑end schedule covering raw material release, manufacturing, testing, release, and shipment.
