Director of Software Engineering

Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Director of Software Engineering to lead our engineering organization, reporting directly to the VP of Product, Tech and Strategy . You’ll oversee our core technology platforms – the Omdia Customer Platform, data visualization tools, APIs, and survey platform – while driving AI initiatives, enhancing customer experience, and strengthening platform fundamentals across security and integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute software engineering strategy aligned with Omdia's business objectives
• Lead AI initiatives to enhance research delivery, data analytics, and customer-facing capabilities
• Drive continuous improvement in customer experience across all platforms
• Strengthen platform security, integration, and technical infrastructure
