Description & Requirements

As Operations Director, you will be a senior member of the team, driving the operational health and success of the department. You will report to the Head of Operations.

You Will

• Support productization readiness by maintaining visibility into capacity, staffing coverage, and delivery dependencies across short- and mid-term horizons. Compile and curate operational data such as capacity models and dependency tracking that informs readiness assessments and plan decisions made by senior leadership.
• Manage people and organizational health operations for the team, including maintaining capacity models, supporting hiring and ramp planning, and tracking organizational health indicators. Translate engagement and people data into clear signals and recommended actions for senior leaders.
