Director Program Management Office

The PMO Director leads the Project Management Office and drives the successful execution of strategic programs and product transitions from the US to Asia. This role provides leadership and oversight to a team of Project Managers to ensure seamless coordination across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality. Establishes governance, ensures adherence to program management standards, and enables operational readiness as Ichor evolves into a product development and volume manufacturing organization.
Responsibilities Lead the Project Management Office to ensure consistent program governance, execution discipline, and delivery excellence.
