Role Overview
The Director is responsible for overseeing the overall strategic direction, governance, and performance of the company. The role ensures compliance with statutory requirements while driving business growth, operational excellence and stakeholder value.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Set and guide the company’s vision, mission, and long-term objectives
- Identify business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion plans
- Provide direction to senior management on business strategies
2. Corporate Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (e.g., ACRA, MOM, IRAS)
- Fulfil duties under the Companies Act as a company director
- Act in the best interest of the company and its shareholders
3. Financial Oversight
- Review and approve budgets, financial reports and investments
