• Act as the subject matter expert for NAND technologies.
• Drive development and optimization of process solutions across etch, deposition, patterning, and integration.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex yield and defectivity issues.
• Guide technical strategy aligned with future NAND technology nodes.
