Key Accountabilities

Caseload Management

• Lead direct engagement with participants, delivering person-centred, strengths-based support across all stages of the employment journey

• Identify individual strengths, goals, motivators, and barriers to inform tailored employment pathways

• Coordinate appropriate training, activities and community supports to build work readiness, skills and confidence

• Oversee delivery of an eight-week capacity building program including structured training and work hardening sessions

Employer and Community Engagement

• Develop and maintain strong employer partnerships to create sustainable employment opportunities for people with disability
