WE’RE HIRING A DISPATCH ENGINEER IN SINGAPORE!
Excis is a global organization driven by people, performance, and collaboration. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive DISPATCH ENGINEER who will Handled incident resolution and fulfilled service requests, including IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) requests. Provided hands-and-eyes support for IT infrastructure devices, supported and maintained meeting room IT equipment, and managed printer support. Assisted with both planned and unplanned infrastructure activities, including first-level troubleshooting under the guidance of the concerned team. Escorted third-party vendor engineers and provided support for Windows, basic Mac, and Linux systems following customer-provided SOPs.
