Dispatcher/ Courier

Responsibilities

• Collect packages, documents from pickup locations
• Assign delivery or pickup tasks to couriers or drivers
• Provide couriers with delivery instructions, updates, or changes
• Deliver items promptly and safely to the correct recipient or address
• Ensure items are not damaged during transit
• Plan efficient routes using maps or delivery apps
• Adjust routes in response to traffic, road conditions, or delivery priorities

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Skills and Competencies: strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in navigation.
• Drivers license: Non-Pro / Pro and with OWN motorcycle with updated registration.
