Dispensing Process Specialist

Responsibilities Review & support team members for preparing/ensuring IQ/OQ/PQ stage qualification submission for assigned stage of Dispensing/Gluing Process (LIPO) Review & guide team members for preparing/ensuring customer DFM (design for manufacturing) submission for assigned stage of Dispensing/Gluing Process (LIPO) Understand product design and assign respective responsibilities to team members Review & guide team members for execution of design and execution of the DOE (Design of experiment) basis customer requirement along with process and product teams Lead fluid dispensing process engineering for adhesives and functional materials Own dispense parameter optimization (pressure, speed, volume, temperature) to meet quality and throughput targets Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions (8D, FACA, Fishbone, etc.) Work closely with Design, Quality, Production, Supplier teams and Automation Represent the process team in design reviews, build readiness meetings Drive pro...
