MBA (Operations) Key Responsibilities: Location-wise Forecasting: Maintain accurate location-wise availability. Analyse historical data and market trends to improve forecasting accuracy. Hub & Manufacturing Stock Tracking: Monitor and track inventory levels at hubs. Ensure timely replenishment of stock to avoid shortages. Pending Order Management: Track and manage pending orders at CFAs. Coordinate with relevant departments to expedite order fulfilment. Shortage Tracking: Identify and track product shortages at CFAs and hubs. Implement corrective actions to mitigate shortages.
