Are you a natural leader with a strong background in distribution? We are looking for a Lead Hand to represent us in Kirkland. This role combines forklift operation and logistics coordination. You will be the key point of contact to ensure our drivers depart on time and that shipments are accurate.!!

Responsibilities
As a Dock Worker, your daily tasks will include:
Loading & Inventory (Morning): From 10:00 a.m. to noon, load trailers destined for the Maritimes and accurately complete the count sheets.
Coordination (Afternoon): Communicate with drivers, record arrival and departure times, and ensure logistical follow-up.
