The Document Control Associate supports the Quality team by managing documentation processes related to product testing, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and quality records. This role ensures that documentation is properly prepared, reviewed, organized, and maintained in compliance with company procedures, cGMP requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
The associate collaborates with contract manufacturers, third-party laboratories, and internal teams to coordinate testing submissions, maintain documentation required for shelf stability programs, and support overall quality system documentation. This position plays an important role in maintaining organized records, ensuring audit readiness, and supporting the continued growth and development of the Quality Assurance function.
