Job Title: Document Control Specialist#

Location: Quebec City, QC (onsite)

Duration: 6 months contract (with possibility of extension/conversion)


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact with customers either on the phone or at the branch.
  • Develop positive relationships with key customers.
  • Assess customer needs and gather pertinent information.
  • Create basic work orders in appropriate systems.
  • Provide status updates to customers as requested.
  • Support branch operations through effective customer communication and service coordination.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • French speaking (mandatory).
  • English is considered a bonus but is not required.
