<b>Job Summary (List Format):</b><br /> <br /> - Maintain and manage both electronic and hard copy documents according to company procedures.<br /> - Create and update document templates for project teams.<br /> - Keep project teams informed about new document versions and changes.<br /> - Review and update documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with project standards.<br /> - Ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible within the document management system.<br /> - Coordinate document control activities with various departments.<br /> - Support the final handover process by preparing and submitting the Manufacturing Record Book (MRB).<br /> - Attend project meetings as required.<br /> - Perform any additional duties related to document control as assigned.
