Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing project documents in line with company standards and project requirements.

  • Ensure all documents are properly formatted reviewed approved and distributed to relevant stakeholders.

  • Create and maintain document control logs registers and filing systems (both electronic and hard copy).

  • Track document revisions submissions and approvals using document control software or manual logs.

  • Manage correspondence transmittals and submittals between consultants contractors and clients.

  • Ensure timely retrieval of information and version control to prevent document duplication or data loss.

  • Support project teams by ensuring access to current and approved drawings specifications and reports.

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure consistent document management practices.
