Job Description
Manage and maintain all project documents, drawings, reports, and records in an organized manner.
Ensure all documents are properly filed, updated, tracked, and distributed to relevant departments or project teams.
Control document versioning, numbering, and revision status to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients regarding document submissions and approvals.
Prepare transmittals, correspondence, and document registers.
Monitor incoming and outgoing documents to ensure timely submission and compliance with project requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company and project documents.
Support project teams with administrative and documentation tasks when required.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and document control standards.
