  • Responsible for implementation of the document control strategy and provide consistent service delivery across an entire programme and/or projects.
  • Provide support, guidance and training including training other users in system functionality, processes and procedures and batch uploading.
  • Provide reports to detail the amendments and progression of documentation
  • Compliance monitoring for the publication of all documents into the chosen document management system, ensuring documents rae in the correct format and with the correct status and metadata.
  • Prepare and issue meeting minutes on a regular basis. Assistant in issuance of meeting invites.
  • To maintain appropriate levels of information about documents produced including storage locations, status, owners etc sufficient for regulatory requirements.
  • Develop excellent working relationships with the client and the teams involved in the provision of services.
