Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Daily Operations
  • Oversee day-to‑day dormitory operations
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping
  • Carry out regular inspections of rooms and shared facilities
2. Resident Management
  • Manage check‑in and check‑out of workers
  • Keep accurate and up-to‑date resident records (e.g., names, employers, room assignments)
  • Enforce dormitory rules and regulations
  • Address and handle residents’ feedback and complaints
3. Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with regulations under the Foreign Employee Dormitories Act
  • Monitor fire safety, emergency procedures, and incident reporting
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities during inspections when necessary
4. Maintenance Coordination
  • Identify, report, and follow up on maintenance and repair issues
