- Ensure standards for food quality and preparation
- Co-ordinate with logistics department for timely collection and delivery schedules
- prepare daily delivery list for frozen meats and others Manage all frozen meat delivery and assit to production and others
- Able to Multi-tasks and work under pressure
- Able to handle heavy stu s like 20-30 kg
- Able to work long hours and weekends
