Requirements

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years as a truck driver
  • Valid driver’s licence for commercial vehicles
  • Authorized to work in Canada (citizen, permanent resident, or temporary resident with a valid work permit)

Responsibilities

  • Plan or adjust routes using GPS and other navigation devices to minimise fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations.
