Job Summary

The Drum Cleaner / Helper is responsible for cleaning hardened concrete from transit mixer drums and supporting workshop maintenance activities. The role ensures safe handling of equipment, adherence to HSE procedures, and maintenance of operational efficiency within the workshop environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Clean and remove hardened concrete from mixer drums using jackhammers and hand tools.
• Assist workshop and maintenance teams in daily operational activities.
• Follow confined space entry procedures and all safety regulations.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and work areas before starting tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper disposal of concrete waste materials.
• Report equipment damage, unsafe conditions, or operational issues to supervisors.
• Ensure proper handling of mixer drums to avoid damage or misuse.
• Support housekeeping and general helper duties as assigned.
