Job Description

As our DTC Data Analyst,you’llplay a critical role in supporting commercial and operational performance throughclear, actionable data insights.You’llwork closely with the DTC Operations Manager and partners across Finance, Marketing, and Planning to drive a more data-informed culture across the business.

  • Deliver reporting across key DTC metrics including sales,labour, productivity, conversion, and customer experience
  • Analysetrends toidentifyrisks, opportunities, and key drivers of performance
  • Translate data into clear, relevant insights for stakeholders
  • Support trading updates and performance reviews with data-backed storytelling
  • Track key initiatives against targets and highlight areas that need attention
