You will analyze acquisition targets and identify promising software businesses while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct commercial and financial data analysis of acquisition targets
• Formulate and present acquisition assessments and initial fits
• Perform market research to discover industry trends
• Identify software businesses meeting acquisition criteria
• Support various ad hoc M&A team tasks during deal closures
Requirements:
• Up to 2 years in Corporate Development or M&A roles
• Strong academic record from a top-tier institution
