Job Description:

Lead requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders and translate needs into functional specifications

Configure Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs, Fixed Assets, etc.) based on business requirements

Design and document business processes, data flows, mapping tables, and integration requirements

Collaborate with technical teams to support extensions, integrations, and customizations

Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and support UAT activities

Troubleshoot system issues and provide post go live support
