Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To manage e‑commerce daily operations, product listing, content management, inventory, order fulfillment & campaign planning.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide solutions & alternatives.
  • Manage all online activities in relation to sales & reporting.
  • Undertake any ad‑hoc assignments as & when required.

Qualifications

  • At least a Diploma/Degree in E‑Commerce/Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Digital savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office, E‑commerce business models, operations & technology.
  • Proficient in English & Malay.
  • Able to work in a fast‑pace environment.
