The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for managing and accelerating the companys online revenue across all digital sales channels, including Shopify websites, major marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and TikTok Shop, as well as paid digital marketing platforms. This role oversees overall ecommerce performance, focusing on sales growth, campaign execution, and marketplace expansion.
The position collaborates closely with Brand Managers and the Creative Team to ensure campaigns and digital initiatives effectively drive customer acquisition and revenue. In addition, the Ecommerce Manager leads a small ecommerce team and is accountable for meeting online sales targets while improving key performance metrics such as ROAS and conversion rates in the Philippine market.
