Skills and experience:

• Prior experience with usage of Lazada/Shopee seller center with Quality Specialist role in eCommerce or marketplace platform is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, people-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in ambiguity in a matrix environment.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment with a demonstrated track record.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Business Knowledge & Client Interaction:

• Understanding of the Ecommerce domain (Lazada, Shopee, D2C, etc.)
• Interacts with the stakeholders in a professional way.
• Can deal with last‑minute changes and issues and pressure situations.
• Requires timely decision making always – most problems being resolved via own initiative and solutions or through reapplication of skills/ideas from others.
