EAP Counsellor

We are looking for a mental health clinician to provide counseling services through the TELUS Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP provides short‑term counselling face‑to‑face and online via telephone and video sessions.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Counseling or Psychology; Professional registration with relevant body (NZAC or NZCCA for Counsellors, NZPB for Psychologists, SWRB for Social Workers).
• 3-5 years of relevant counselling experience.
• Ability to clinically manage client risk and work within a short‑term counselling framework.
• Confidence with computer systems (asset).
