Overview

Reporting to the eCommerce manager, the eCommerce Content Coordinator will own the day to day management of the online stores, social media channels and brand content. 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage the Shopify store: product uploads, collections, merchandising, on-site content, and optimise conversion
  • Take ownership of Shopify performance and site metrics, identifying customer pain points, emerging e-commerce trends, and opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics including bounce rate, session duration, pages per session, conversion rate, and average order value.
  • Produce monthly performance reporting across website metrics, EDM performance, traffic, top sellers, and underperforming listings
