THE ROLE

The Signal Group is one of Australia’s largest staff identification and branded merchandise providers. Based from our manufacturing facility and distribution centre in South-East Queensland, we service clients Australia wide, supplying customised name badges, personal and ID security solutions, awards, trophies, promotional products, workwear, apparel, headwear and signage

In this role you will ensure excellent customer service is achieved for Signal Group Customers for all manufactured & wholesale orders by ensuring efficient maintenance and operation of all e-commerce functions and support of the customer service & support team.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Lead the customer service team and function. (7 people)
