Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day third-party marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Amazon Global, etc) operations and build relationships with KAMs of Marketplaces
- Work on AOP & visibility calendars with marketplaces on month on month basis. Monitor marketing execution, traffic, and ad performance.
- Monitor and report on Marketplace performance metrics ROS, discounts, listings, pricing, SLA breaches & returns
- Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal sales reporting
- Determine why certain products are trending up or down, clearly articulate observations and propose strategies to troubleshoot problems
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to monitor inventory levels to ensure products are always in stock and recommend replenishment considering weeks of supply
