Job Overview This role provides operational support for global EDI integrations, ensuring reliable and accurate data exchange across regions. The position is focused on resolving support tickets raised by business and technical teams and supporting day-to-day EDI operations. It covers both in-house and managed service EDI solutions through monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to maintain integration stability and business continuity. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for EDI operations, ensuring timely resolution of issues across both our internal EDI platform, managed service platform and ERP backend systems. Act as the primary point of contact for EDI-related queries, coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and our managed service to troubleshoot and resolve integration problems.
