Job Description
- Provide technical support for Seeburger BIS (Business Integration Suite)
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor EDI transactions and ensure successful data exchanges.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand and address their EDI needs.
- Document support activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in EDI technology and Seeburger BIS.
- Handle incidents and service requests via ticketing systems
- Analyze errors, logs, and transaction data to identify root causes of incidents.
- Work as part of a global EDI support team, ensuring seamless support across different time zones and regions.
