Location: Everett, WA


Type: Full-Time, Exempt


Schedule: 5 days a week on-site


Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Job Summary:


Provide EHS leadership and technical support to the site and support the application of best-in-class EHS processes, procedures, programs, tools, training and standards across the organization. This role covers two plants and will require driving between the two.

Responsibilities: 

  • Define, implement, and reinforce standard EHS practices through plant management to ensure daily compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company standards.

  • Lead continuous improvement of the site’s EHS culture by delivering foundational OSHA training and implementing a comprehensive EHS methodology, such as STOP or a similar behavior-based safety system.<...
