What is the Opportunity?
We are seeking experienced Electrical Foremen to supervise and coordinate daily electrical field activities on the Samsung Semiconductor project in Taylor, Texas. This role is responsible for leading crews in a safe, productive manner while maintaining quality and schedule requirements.
What You'll Do Here:
Supervise and direct electrical crews performing installation work.Plan and execute daily work activities and short-term schedules.Ensure work is performed per drawings, specifications, NEC, and site standards.Coordinate manpower, tools, equipment, and material needs.Lead daily toolbox talks and enforce all site safety requirements.Interface with General Foremen, Superintendents, and other trades.Track productivity and report progress and issues.Review drawings and layouts to identify conflicts or constructability issues.
