Responsibilities
+ Manage electrical construction projects or assist senior management on large-scale projects in or around the Midwest.
+ Oversee project field staff, subcontractor performance, and vendor compliance, ensuring adherence to safety, statutory, and legal standards.
+ Coordinate project schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure timely and profitable project completion.
+ Maintain communication and build relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, and community officials.
+ Lead project teams in accordance with company leadership models and operating principles.
+ Ensure project documentation, safety protocols, and compliance are thoroughly followed.
