ELECTRICIAN

(BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEMS / ELECTRICIAN)

The Maintenance Services Department of the Simcoe County District School Board is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Electrician (BAS/Electrician). Reporting to the assigned Maintenance Supervisor – Electrical Systems, the Electrician (BAS/Electrician) will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide emergency, preventative and planned maintenance services to electrical systems and components throughout Simcoe County as required to meet operational needs. This position is required to work on-call in a rotational sequence on a schedule determined by the supervisor, utilizing the Building Automation System to troubleshoot and address alarms.

LOCATION: Maintenance Services - County Wide

STATUS: 1.0 FTE - Full-Time Permanent Position

DAILY HOURS: 8 hours

WEEKLY HOURS: 40 hours

Salary Range: $ $36.22 per hour
