Job Description

Repton seeks a skilled Performance Swimming Coach to deliver high-quality coaching for our members. Reporting to the Director of Swimming, the coach will manage training, collaborate with staff, and communicate swimmer development.

The ideal candidate will hold a Swim England Level 3 Senior Coach qualification or be willing to achieve it, possess a UK driving licence, and have experience in managing swim competitions. A passion for mentoring young swimmers and solid communication skills are essential.
