Job Description

We are looking for experienced Online Assistants to join our Travel Account team. The role involves assisting customers with travel bookings, changes, and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer travel-related requests including bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes using GDS tools (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
  • Provide professional and accurate assistance via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with service standards.
  • Accurately update booking details and maintain proper documentation.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while adhering to travel policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience using GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar platforms).
  • High school graduate (K-12), college level, or graduate.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
