Job Description

HyperionDev is looking for a strong CRM Manager to conceptualize and implement initiatives that increase our lead-to-sale conversion rate. The role involves managing mid-funnel activities, including direct communication, lead scoring and nurturing, data transfer and segmentation, and journey mapping.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with brand managers and creative teams to produce impactful email marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with the performance and engineering teams to ensure good list hygiene, segmentation, and delivery of email campaigns
  • Maintain the overall communication calendar aligned to brand manager requirements
  • Increase the lead-to-sale conversion rate
  • Plan, build, and send out all email marketing communication
  • Align with admissions teams to ensure lead scoring algorithms are providing guidance of hot, mild and cold leads to contact
