Job Summary

You will support and manage enterprise Mail Hygiene and Email Security platforms by administering systems, troubleshooting issues, implementing changes, and providing L2/L3 support to protect against spam, phishing, malware, and other email threats.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain enterprise Email Security and Mail Hygiene platforms to ensure continuous protection and service availability
  • Configure system settings, manage security policies, perform upgrades, and implement changes to optimize email security environments
  • Deliver L2/L3 technical support for complex email security incidents and service requests to resolve issues efficiently
  • Troubleshoot mail flow, email delivery, spam filtering, and security‑related problems to maintain operational integrity
