This is a key role that will manage:

✅ End-to-end recruitment

✅ Data management & reporting
✅ Operational workflows
✅ Social media presence
What we’re looking for:
✔ 5–10 years of experience in HR, recruitment, operations, or related fields
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✔ Proficiency in Zoho People Suite, MS Office, and basic social media management
✔ Creative mindset and problem-solving ability
Preferred:
Experience in tech or construction-related companies, knowledge of Indian labor laws, and familiarity with tools like Zoho People, Power BI and Canva.
