Employee Relations Assistant - EIGHT8ATE (Corporate Office)

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for conducting employee welfare activities to promote a conducive and harmonious work environment.

Facilitates grievances and disciplinary concerns within the company.

Processes compliance with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) requirements.

  • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement programs in collaboration with the Immediate Head and/or concerned parties (other departments, vendors, etc.).
  • Facilitate grievance administration and employee discipline processing by ensuring compliance with due process.
  • Ensure complete and proper documentation of discipline files.
  • Conduct employee exit interviews to gather feedback and insights for specific or general improvements of the Company.
